1. Dati raccolti
L'applicazione VerbumRadio NON raccoglie, NON memorizza e NON condivide
alcun dato personale degli utenti. In particolare l'app:
- non richiede registrazione ne' la creazione di un account;
- non chiede l'accesso a posizione, rubrica, fotocamera, microfono,
foto o altri dati del dispositivo;
- non utilizza social network (es. Facebook) ne' funzioni di login
tramite servizi di terze parti;
- non consente la pubblicazione di commenti o contenuti da parte
dell'utente;
- non mostra pubblicita';
- non traccia gli utenti e non utilizza strumenti di analisi del
comportamento (analytics) ne' cookie di profilazione.
2. Connessione a internet e streaming
Per funzionare, l'app si collega a internet al solo scopo di riprodurre
i flussi audio e video delle dirette (le Sante Messe in TV e le radio
di santuari e parrocchie).
I contenuti radio sono erogati tramite il servizio terzo
radiocast.cloud. La riproduzione di un flusso comporta la normale
trasmissione tecnica dell'indirizzo IP del dispositivo verso il server
che eroga lo streaming: si tratta dell'operazione tecnica indispensabile
a ricevere il contenuto, esattamente come accade aprendo un qualunque
sito o servizio online. Tale indirizzo IP e' gestito dai fornitori dei
flussi secondo le rispettive informative e non viene raccolto ne'
conservato dall'app.
3. Dati di sistema
L'app non crea profili utente e non conserva cronologie. Eventuali
registri tecnici (log) gestiti dal sistema operativo del dispositivo o
dai fornitori dei flussi esulano dal controllo dell'app e servono al
solo funzionamento tecnico del servizio.
4. Minori
L'app non e' rivolta in modo specifico ai minori e non raccoglie
consapevolmente dati di minori (ne' di altri utenti).
5. Diritti dell'utente
Poiche' l'app non raccoglie dati personali, non vi sono dati da
consultare, correggere o cancellare. Per qualsiasi domanda relativa
alla privacy e' comunque possibile contattare il titolare all'indirizzo

6. Modifiche a questa informativa
Il titolare puo' aggiornare questa informativa in caso di modifiche
all'app. La versione aggiornata sara' pubblicata a questo stesso
indirizzo, con l'indicazione della data di ultimo aggiornamento.
